Responsibilities
- Acquire, build and manage relationships with C-level customer contacts and senior partner stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics
- Structure a joint strategy between Google and partners, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive customer success
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products and solutions that will help customers to meet their marketing objectives
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers
- Build an idea of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of industry experience in advertising or consultative sales, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Ability to communicate in Russian and English fluently
- Experience with a cross-functional understanding of digital marketing, media businesses, and operations
- Experience in sales or platform management
- Ability to manage client relationships and drive growth
- Ability to build relationships effectively with C-level executives, with a proven track record
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
